The lawmaker told Fox News how former president Donald Trump is ready to “move on” and rebuild the Republican Party after his impeachment trial.
But the South Carolina Senator said his party should push to impeach Kamala Harris if they regain control of the House.
A BLM bail fund supported by the vice president reportedly helped free six men accused of domestic violence in two months.
Graham said: “I thought the impeachment trial was not only unconstitutional, I condemn what happened on Jan. 6, but the process they used to impeach this president was an affront to rule of law.
“We’ve opened Pandora’s Box to future presidents.”
Referring to how a Black Lives Mater bail fund was backed by Harris in June, he added: “And if you use this model, I don’t know how Kamala Harris doesn’t get impeached if the Republicans take over the House.”
“Because she actually bailed out rioters and one of the rioters went back to the streets and broke somebody’s head open.
“So we’ve opened Pandora’s Box here and I’m sad for the country?”
And when asked if former president Trump should take responsibility for the Capitol riots in January, Graham replied: “Uh, no.”
“In terms of the law, no. He bears responsibility of pushing narratives about the election that I think are not sound and not true,” he continued.
“But this was politically protected speech. The speech on Jan. 6th was not an incitement of violence.”
It comes after the South Carolina Senator told Democrat lawmakers to “be careful what you wish for,” after suggesting that if Trump’s impeachment trial was drawn out, the focus should be shifted to the newly elected Vice President.
Speaking to Fox News on Tuesday, Graham said: “If you’re going to pursue this, and you wanna start calling witnesses, and you want to drag this thing out, it would be fair to have Kamala Harris’ tape play where she bailed people out of jail.”
It comes after Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial ended with him being acquitted of inciting his supporters to storm Congress.
Graham previously warned how Trump’s impeachment trial could “destroy the presidency” and put future leaders at risk.

The trial ended on Saturday as Democrats failed to get the two-thirds majority to find him guilty – leading him to blast impeachment as the “greatest witch hunt in history”.
The former President was stood accused of inciting his supporters to storm the Capitol on January 6 in a bid to stop lawmakers certifying that Joe Biden had won the Presidential election.
His lawyers argued the President could not be held accountable for the actions of the mob and he had called for “Peaceful and Patriotic” protest during the ‘Stop the Steal’ rally he addressed that day.
And today, Trump has promised a comeback in the wake of the failure to impeach him.
The former President is now free to run for office again after the Democrats were unable to muster enough votes in the Senate.
